Located in the heart of downtown Los Gatos, Dar is a Mediterranean restaurant offering cuisine inspired by the flavors of North Africa, the Levant, and Southern Europe. Owned and operated by the Shaqir family, longtime members of the Saratoga and Los Gatos community, Dar combines fresh California ingredients with time-honored recipes in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
