Los Gatos Women's Networking Group empowers and supports women business owners and leaders in the Los Gatos community by fostering meaningful connections, sharing resources, and providing opportunities for growth. Together, we aim to build a collaborative network that uplifts each other and drives success for all members.
Speaker Bio:
Meet Laleh: a chef, entrepreneur, cookbook author, dance instructor, actor, and devoted single mother of two amazing children. A passionate advocate for women’s health and well-being, Laleh has recently launched Mind Body Soul Bars, her line of healthy, purpose-driven nutrition bars.
Through countless challenges and obstacles, she has never lost sight of her vision. Her strength lies in perseverance. No matter the setbacks, she keeps moving forward. Fluent in five languages and deeply multicultural, Laleh has found her true purpose: to bring healing, empowerment, and hope to women who have suffered from narcissistic abuse and to inspire single mothers everywhere to believe that where there is a will, there is always a way.
This isn’t just a product, it’s a mission. A movement. A purpose.
Wendy Figone is a Myofascial Release Therapist and a Forest Therapy Guide and Trails Consultant certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). She teaches evidence-based skills to help people manage their most precious resources—energy and attention—through somatic stress-release practices, nature connection, and experiential team-building practices. Wendy leads restorative retreats at Chaminade Resort & Spa and supports communities through the development and certification of Forest Therapy Trails across California.
